Short version: AI assistants and agents can use ClinicJapan in three ways — connect to our MCP server, send the user to a pre-filled request form, or read llms.txt. Every consultation request is reviewed by a person at ClinicJapan and answered by email within two business days. A request is not a confirmed appointment.
1. MCP server (no login)
Server URL: https://clinicjapan-mcp.restless-rain-31d3.workers.dev/mcp (Streamable HTTP, JSON-RPC). No account or API key is needed.

request_booking | Files a consultation request. Requires the user's explicit consent to share their name, email and request with the chosen clinic. A person reviews it and replies by email; it does not book an appointment directly. |
How to connect
- Claude: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector → paste the server URL.
- ChatGPT: Settings → Plugins → turn on developer mode → create a plugin with the server URL (availability depends on your plan).
- Meta Muse and other agents that build their own connectors: ask the agent to connect to the server URL, using one of the prompts below.

2. Pre-filled request form
Agents that work in a browser can open the request form with the user's details already selected, so the user does not have to type them again:

The form has no CAPTCHA. The user must tick the consent box before sending. After sending, the page shows a request ID that starts with CJ-.
3. What agents should tell the user
- Prices are planning ranges from clinics' published fee schedules, not quotes. The clinic confirms the total.
- ClinicJapan does not rank clinics. Some listed clinics may be advertising partners; this is disclosed on the page where it applies and never affects price data.
- Treatment decisions belong to the treating doctor. Aftercare advice from the clinic overrides our planning rules.
