We do not ask you to register and we do not run a newsletter sign-up. We do not ask for medical history; a consultation request names the treatment you are interested in, so share only what you are comfortable sharing. Nothing you read on this site is associated with an identity we hold.
Cookies and consent
On your first visit a consent banner offers Accept All or Reject All. Analytics and advertising scripts are held in a blocked state until you choose. Rejecting means those scripts never load; the site works identically without them.

Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy terms, and we do not control what they do with it beyond the settings available to us. If you want to change your choice later, clear this site's cookies in your browser and the banner will appear again.
Why we process it
Usage data tells us which guides are useful and which are not, which is how we decide what to write and what to correct. Advertising data tells us whether money spent promoting the site reached anyone. Correspondence is processed to answer you. Consultation requests are processed to answer you and, only with your agreement, to pass your request to the clinic you chose or the clinics we suggest. Server logs exist to keep the site available and defended. We do not profile individuals, and we do not build audience segments for sale.
Sharing and selling
Retention
Analytics data is retained under the retention period configured in Google Analytics and is aggregated, not tied to an identity we hold. Email correspondence and consultation requests are kept as long as needed to handle the matter and for a reasonable period afterwards for reference; ask us at any time and we will delete yours. Server logs are retained by our infrastructure provider under their own schedule.

Depending on where you live, you may have statutory rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, and to complain to a supervisory authority. We will act on a request sent to the address above; the practical answer for most visitors is that we hold nothing about them beyond aggregate analytics and, if they wrote to us or sent a consultation request, what they sent.
International transfers
The site is operated from South Korea and served through a global content delivery network. The third-party services listed above operate internationally. Using this site involves your request data being processed outside your own country.
Children
This site publishes information about elective medical procedures and is written for adults. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date below. Material changes will be noted at the top of the page rather than applied quietly.
